IIRC there was a girl who died years ago (possibly by her own hand, I don't recall) and people misread her note or something and ended up thinking she had a poop obsession and made a mural with a flying poop. This is pretty old at this point so I really don't remember the details (or if it's real, or an elaborate shitpost)
