I went to a show at Caveat on Sunday (Lower East Side) and saw this picture on the wall in the lobby.

No way. Seth's impression of RFK, Jr. is the best. As an SNL alum, they should have brought him in. I will die on this hill.

It's a fun listen as he reminisces about his career. He doesn't have anything unkind to say.

I’m going to see him in a few weeks, & I’m wondering how long the show will be. We’re getting a town car & trying to arrange a time for pick up. He’s only got a 7:00pm show scheduled.

this showed up as a suggested video in my instagram feed posted from Ben's account - does anybody know when it aired? i cannot find it on the late night page, nor does not appear to be on youtube, or at least they haven't posted it yet? i searched the title to no avail ("nepo baby confession" + seth meyers) and scrolled back several months in late night's youtube page and could not find it. It was clearly edited - i'm guessing for time to be social media friendly.
but i'd love to see the original if it's available if they had it.

Is anyone else tired of Seth Meyers' monologue and Closer Look bit? I enjoy his interviews but his obsession with Trump is just redundant, ridiculous, and annoying. A third of his show is dedicated to Trump. He stretches so far to make fun of Trump that many of his satirical points don't make sense or are just dumb. I know he's an intelligent person and writer, I can see it in his interviews and other bits. His obsession just seems to get the best of him.

My husband opened a fresh package of ham from his grocery run today and it is nothing but stringy, oozing slime.

With everyone feeling the sting of grocery inflation, paying premium prices only to unwrap literal "ham goo" feels like a perfect, relatable joke for all of America under the Trump economy right before the midterms. Plus, it provides an easy segue from "diarrhea lettuce."
