Advice Needed: Motivation ISO help

Swallowing my pride and I hope this doesn’t come off as lazy.

Recently I’ve let my mental/physical health get so bad, I feel like I’m in a rut. Im starting to affect the people I love around me and I don’t like who I’m becoming. I’m a person of routine but I can’t seem to get into one. I realize how much I want to change but I do nothing about it, I don’t have access to any secondary help such as counseling or a therapist. Really I’m just hoping someone can guide me into staple routines throughout their day that help them, or YouTube videos that help, etc.

So if you’re interested, please let me know what you’ve done to maintain your health, or tips on how I can. Thank you so much.

Make a small goal for each day of the week. It doesn't matter what it is -

Mon: Organize a small area of the house for 10 minutes (put a timer on).

Tues: Listen to 3 songs that make you feel good.

Wed: Send a message to someone you enjoy talking to.

Thurs: Put your phone away for 30 minutes (even if you're left with nothing to do, just lay on the bed and think. Set a timer).

Fri: Take a walk around the block 1 time.

You get the drift. Each week, add one more thing. The point is to slowly bring 'routine' back into your life so you don't feel so lost. Hope this helps.
