Photos taken in August!

I have some videos too that better capture them bobbing around in the water but unfortunately this sub doesn't allow video posting.

These were all taken around 3pm at high tide, we were told they were sleeping in the water while they waited for low tide so that the beach and rocks would be available for them to rest on.

Note that im a dad with a job and kids and a business to run. But nothing can stop a flower’s dream!

I had the lovely chance to turn my drawn design into a plush backpack! It is still a work in progress as I’d like the muzzle changed to a lighter grey but it’s so cool to see

What do you guys think?

https://www.gofundme.com/f/red-zeehondencentrum-pieterburen-doneer-nu - Donate please!!

I'm a minor so I'm unable to donate a lot (I can't get a job bc of transportation and I've donated my allowance for this week) but I wanna help out as much as I can. Seals have genuinely saved my life, as stupid as that sounds, and the idea that a huge sanctuary/hospital thing that helps a ton of seals is shutting down makes me so sad. I love these stupid creatures.

I put a lot of images of my art style, specifically my realism cuz I like it more lol. Anyone who donates, I will draw the subject of any image you send me or I will Google and find whatever you want. I'm mainly used to animals, but if you want a person or an object I will try my best!! All you have to do is have proof you donated, even a single dollar, and send me a prompt and a style (pencil or pen) <3 I want the best for these seals, I rly do love them.

Please donate what you can, or spread the word!! We can't lose the traction we have. I shared the petition with my friends and had some of them sign, and that was completely free! Do whatever you can, thank you so much.

They sound like some person with a clogged nose, someone who's groaning. Their noises are so human like it's goofy. But to me, it's what make them cute to me. They are my favorite seals but why do they sound like that?!

Wouldn't be surprised if they just started talking in human language. They’re basically half way there lol

anyone know where this image is from? i used to know but ive completely forgotten

Such a great visit but not super accesible if you're disabled so will note that. The staff are so amazing and passionate and it was so worth the 5 hour drive. In photo 15 and 16 you can see a mid-air galumph! In photo 1 there is a banana pose and in photo 5 and gyuu!

They rescued 39 seal pups in 2025-2026 season and all but one was released safely back into the wild.

They have 11 full time resident seals and 11 puffins!
