Clayface is officially rated 18.
No 15 rated cut available. Genuine suprise and huge risk from dc.

Tonight’s Scream Unseen was Leviticus! What did everyone think? Any walkouts where you were? As always, feel free to discuss your various thoughts and experiences in the comments.
The film was the most popular in the prediction poll with 72% of the vote (198 votes). Followed by something not listed (presumably most of those for Teenage Sex And Death At Camp Miasma) with 16% (43 votes). The least popular choice was Resident Evil with 4% (12 votes).

Tonight’s Screen Unseen was Tony! What did everyone think? Any walkouts where you were? As always, feel free to discuss your various opinions and experiences in the comments.
Even without any clues for the screening, the film was overwhelmingly the most popular guess in the prediction poll with 85% of the vote (61 votes). Followed far behind by Lady and The End Of Oak Street, which both received three votes each.

is digger coming out of cinemas already? or are they just not putting any new ones out yet? my local has a few showings over the next few days (that I can't go to) and I was really hoping to see it once I have more free time in a few weeks.

Hi all 😊
It's been over a year since I last shared a link to the Discord server I created for UK-based movie/cinema lovers
We discuss past, present and upcoming movies, and we also have channels for re-releases, PLF, physical media and even TV!
We've really grown since I last advertised the server here, and wanted to share the invite again: https://discord.gg/F3UDeJ2F6P
We can't wait to see you there!

I've got the Odeon App, I follow Odeon on X, I've got Flicks (really good btw) but i still feel late to the party at my local cinema. Has anyone got any tips on getting a notification as soon as a film arrives in their local to get good seats opening night?

Does anyone know what the two following secret screening will be from the clues in the pictures?
The secret screening rating is TBC and run time states 1hr 55mins.
The secret screaming rating is TBC and run time states 1hr 40mins.

Saw 3 films today, none of them had the Limitless ad or the Odeon Extras ad. I’m guessing we are getting something new

I know Odeon West End can be a nightmare with their schedules, but surely they'll screen Doomsday for its opening weekend alongside Dune? (It's a massive blockbuster after all)
Right now, other chains and locations have pre-sales listed all the way through the 24th, while West End only has slots for two days. They did something similar for Spider-Man BND, where they only scheduled premiere screenings to focus heavily on The Odyssey, and didn't give it a wider run until three weeks later.
Do you think they'll repeat that pattern to prioritise Dune, or are they just holding back showtimes until closer to the date?

The reason is that the film is shot in a weird 2.20:1 aspect ratio, and distributed within a ‘flat’ 1.85:1 container. Hence, when it’s shown on a 2.39:1 ‘scope’ screen, the 2.20:1 image is still presented within that central 1.85:1 section, and is horrendously windowboxed.
The same happened with Mercy (non-IMAX) and They Will Kill You. Conversely, Undertone and The Life Of Chuck sent out scope prints, so it would look fine, although I understand Chuck was issued in both flat and scope containers, since it has 3 different aspect ratios during the film, and will therefore suit both types of screen.

Hi all
Going to see Digger in Vistavision at Leicester Square Odeon this evening.
Anyone who has been - how long were the ads beforehand? Did the film start the standard 25 mins after advertised? Don’t want to be caught out and turning up after it starts!

I have 4 bookings on odeon for screen unseen, Godzilla, dune and Avengers.
Does that mean to watch any recent film in the upcoming week id have to cancel one of them screenings? Or can I go into the cinema and book from there?
Thanks!

Whalefall comes out Friday but still no listings on the app 🤔

Confused why there’s two in two days, then a screen unseen the next day, but I mean, I’m not complaining

Hi all,
Went to watch Digger last weekend at Odeon, loved the movie and really wanted one of the popcorn buckets.
I'm not a huge fan of taking one that's been sat out on display (call me a germophobe) so asked if I could grab a sealed one, and they stated that they have been told that they are not allowed to sell them sealed to customers.
I asked if I could still have one not sat out on display and they said yes so brought out a sealed one, opened it and gave it to me.
So the question, is this a genuine policy, I assume to stop scalping, or did I just deal with an employee who was a bit CBA to grab another one?
Side note, I get it, they are overpriced tat, but sometimes I like the film enough to get one haha

As the title says, i accidentally clicked start order and online it says collected. Can somebody please calm my nerves and please let me know if I can still show them my qr code and get my bucket 2 days later instead when my film is. Edit: The bucket is now listed as past purchases and sold out so I might be cooked

I mean they will never to it because it would affect their profit line but a solution to these idiots coming in late to a screening with their smartphone torches on is assigning a member of staff to show people to their seats once the screening has started and then no further entries after say 10 mins. Thoughts?

Anyone seen Cineworlds popcorn bucket for Godzilla! Holy moly

Edit *seems Odeon posted it too, I didn’t see their post.

Just seen on the app that Odeon are doing both a Scream & a Screen Unseen. Any predictions? For Scream the only horror I can see coming out is Clayface but wasn’t sure if a DC film would get that treatment. For Screen I’m thinking it could be Wicker or Primetime.
r/screenunseen • u/JotaWorld • 7d ago
Has anyone heard anything about primetime being shown at the Odeon cinemas?
I see Cineworld has tickets up from 28/10 onwards. Nothing on Odeon's coming soon section and customer service seem to have no idea about it.

What do we think? My money's on Klara and the Sun, though I'd love it to be Wildwood.
