Genuinely, it means nothing. You going into a full-caps rant isn't going to do anything to help anyone or support your ideals. You sound like a child who's never seen the real world before.

Not to mention that you keep referring to whoever you're talking about as "She/her" while getting wildly defensive about the "Xe/Xer" thing.

"Xe/Xer" does not promote inclusivity in any way because it means nothing. Stick to real pronouns, and not made up nonsense which only furthers the anti-trans and anti-lgbt rhetoric.

I genuinely hope you're under 16 because otherwise you are the enemy of the queer community. I say this, again, as a queer man in his 30s.

It's okay, every generation has their 'thing'. Hippies for my mom's generation, gothic/altos/emos for my generation, and now this with yours.

I say this as someone who is vehement pro-LGBTQ+ and I am fine with any pronouns, but you're deluding yourself if you ever think the rest of society will entertain something like 'xe/xem' - it means nothing at all. This is just the thing teenagers do now.
