How is this sounding?

Hello,
So, I've been thinking for a while about all that, practicing a lot, and so that we have better communication tools. Obviously, I'm far from being the Master Screamer, so, this is a collective effort. Feel free to suggest additions or corrections.
I'll try to name things without making any hypothesis about their anatomical production. The rationale for that is that we can't make mistakes just naming things. And we won't need to change our names, ever. Though, for adoption, we can't disregard our legacy.
Again, I'm not trying to describe things, I'm trying to propose some vocabulary. It also implies redefining some terms the community uses by trying to get a fixed and common definition, hopefully not too far from what has been established so far.
Let's call by that names screams that are toneless, have very little clean voice in them, and have this heavy "vibrating" distortion.
Examples:
Then there are fuckton of possible modulations that are already well established, including but not limited to: tunnel throat etc.
This has the same heavy vibration tone as the associated scream, but with a clean tone under it.
Examples:
This applies more on high notes, sounds more like a creaky grit.
Examples:
Very creaky screams, probably high, probably not sounding chesty. They sound like a powered up vocal fry (grudge noise). I'm very skeptical that those screams can be made powerful and loud.
They sound like the voice is tight in the throat so much that it gets distorted. The distortion is predominant, the voice sounds a bit hollow.
Examples:
.======
That's what I have so far. We still need to talk about Sam Carter, when Oli Sykes sings, etc. I'll edit that post as we make progress
Please please please voice any opinion or disagreement you might have, complement that list, etc. Only that will make science go forward. I tried to illustrate that with known artists, but I might be wrong.

I’ve been trying to get a similar sound to these artists and sometimes I feel I’m close but it doesn’t feel sustainable and I’m probably doing it wrong.
It sounds like they have a higher pitch head voice/falsetto note they are adding compression and distortion on top of and through whatever black magic and resonance it gives a super distorted chunky thick low end while also having a kind of a higher whistling overtone.
I’m comfortably able to do lower register screams sounding similar to something like The Acacia Strain / Between the buried and me, and through mouth shape i can make that kind of scream “high” but it’s very obviously not the same kind of voiced highs I want ( a lot of the vocal coaches on the internet all do these kinds of fry screams as examples and they are just not the same thing and sound weak in comparison.. you can hear the note behind the scream is like within regular speech range still when they are doing them)
I’ve been able to make sounds similar to what I’m after but it feels very taxing and I’m definitely pushing for it and can do it for a few days then struggle to recreate it for a week as if I’ve never done it before. I don’t think I’ve felt pain as if I’ve injured anything but it definitely gets worn out to where I can’t imagine touring this style of screaming let alone one song on a recording with adequate rest and hydration/warmups.
Does anyone have any exercises or things to mimic to help? The kargyrra excercise helps me the most for my lows, but when I try to to transition the same sensations as I move my voice up it gets tighter and thinner in my throat where the only way to get the compressed screaming sound out is a lot of pressure and luck. I know both Keith and Spencer went to Melissa cross and ive tried the basic warmups I can find online from her but I feel like I’m missing something. Anyways here’s an example of me trying Scogins vocals that I can’t reliably or comfortably do

Hey everyone!
I’d love to get some honest feedback on the high screams in one of my songs.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with my growls and shouts. I feel like they fit the genre and deliver the sound I’m going for.
But I‘ve always struggled with high screams, and what I’m doing here definitely isn’t your typical deathcore high. On the one hand, I feel like they have a pretty distinctive sound, which I actually like. On the other hand, I genuinely can’t tell whether people hear them and think, “That’s an interesting vocal style,” or “This guy clearly doesn’t know how to do highs properly.” 😅
I think they work particularly well when layered with other vocals. For example, towards the very end of the song, I’ve got highs panned left and right with a growl in the center, and I actually love the depth and intensity that creates.
But throughout the rest of the song, especially when the highs are more exposed, I’m much less confident.
So I guess what I’m trying to figure out is whether I’m just being overly critical of my own voice or whether these screams genuinely sound a bit off to people who are familiar with the genre.
Do they sound technically questionable? Do they feel out of place? Or do they just sound different from what you’d normally expect in deathcore, without necessarily being a bad thing?
And perhaps most importantly: Would you keep them, or would you leave them out until you’ve developed a more conventional high scream?
I’d really appreciate some honest feedback, especially from people who do extreme vocals themselves. No need to sugarcoat anything!

This is self promo but I also think I have a pretty unique scream tone and I'd love to chat about it!
What do you think?

Text basically says it all, I want to be able to access the sorta sing/scream that you get in a lot of this very melodic post-hardcore but am struggling to do it because of having a naturally relatively clean voice.

My take on the vocals by Andy. Can’t replicate his style but gave it my own spin.

I'm getting more comfortable with fry screams and I wanna make sure it sounds like nothing is glaringly wrong before I continue. Once I'm warmed up it comes very easy and is never uncomfortable. Any advice or criticism appreciated.

hi! ive always wanted to learn how to fry scream/use extreme vocal techniques and such and i've just started learning, but i have a couple questions about what i've noticed so far while trying to teach myself. first, how can i tell if i'm straining my vocal cords? when i try to fry scream i can feel them vibrating and while it's not necessarily painful it is mildly uncomfortable and my throat gets scratchy after too long. i'm worried this means i'm just damaging my voice and not even approaching the proper technique. is the key just stopping when it starts to get difficult? secondly... sometimes i get lightheaded when screaming... is that just because i need more practice or am i doing something wrong? and if i am what can i do to better manage my air/breath support?
thanks for reading :) also if you have any recommendations for tutorials please let me know

I've been practicing a lot the past 6 months from never attempting to scream, now to this, I'm proud of myself. I'm a chick and when I was younger I didn't think girls had the ability to scream, so cool to see for myself how wrong I was.

Been screaming for 4+ years but only really figured it out a little over a year ago. Joining a band connected me with tons of people who help me improve. Highly recommend

Hey guys I’m new to this sub and screaming in general. I’ve been “practicing” for 4 years in the sense of just messing around attempting to imitate vocalists I like but recently decided to start learning technique. Quick cover of the end of dehumanized by bmth. Obviously harder to assess my technique and delivery given the songs actual volume, just looking for any and all critique and advice for a beginner thanks guys!

So i've been dealing with this problem since the start of the year and i havent been able to do it.
IM DESPERATE AT THIS POINT
I'm reffering to the "Fry singing" or "fake fry" he does, not the screams. I can do fry screams, false chords, epiglottal growls... I can do almost any type of distortion, but somehow i still can't sing while i do it.
Another example of this tecnique could be Courtney Laplante from Spiritbox. She also does false chords but thats not the one im having problems with.
I can totally sing, i'm tenor and i did a couple Linkin Park covers with no issue. but i still cant get to that vocal fry that i want to achieve so badly.
Can anyone help me? maybe in a call or via audio messaging. PLEASE.

Ive been doing the sigh and contracting my stomach, but I still get a sore throat and discomfort in it after screaming. Am I using my throat too much for the distortion? Not sure how else I'd do it, it's a sigh after all.
I've been doing this for about a year, but extremely inconsistently, maybe once a week, or sometimes even less and it was just me screaming while playing my guitar.
