That's a bootleg, first of all. Second, a DVD cannot be "HD", only a Blu-ray...which further proves what an obvious fake this is.

Actually there was a time where HD DVDs were a thing, it lost to Blu-ray largely due to size and availability, the same way dvd became significantly more popular because of the PS2 the Blu-ray became significantly more popular because of the PS3

Yep, back in the day dvds were considered HD. It's crazy hay far the line moved in just a few years.

No there was a format known as HD DVD which had the ability to play in 1080p
