Article / Discussion What’s it like working full time for a fashion company?
Random photo to meet attachment requirement
Ive been working full time at a fashion company for a couple years now, but I’ve always been freelance so I can’t tell if I’ve landed the best gig in the world or a complete dumpster fire. Anyone with experience working in retouching full time for a singular company I would appreciate your perspective.
What are your turnaround times like? What’s your review process like? Is there an expectation for perfection or an expectation to receive notes? what’s your color correction process like? How are tasks assigned? Do you consistently find you have to work overtime to meet deadlines? How often are your deadlines? What kind of people do you work with? Are you fully remote, in office or hybrid? Do you have a set schedule or do people just come in when they come in?
Thanks for your help!
