If you're applying to roles that ask for English + Spanish, expect the first call to test your English more than your code. Prepare a 30-second intro: Present → Past → Future. Example: "I'm a full-stack dev working with Python and React. Before that, I built APIs for a fintech. Now I'm looking for a remote team where I can own features end to end." Rehearse it out loud until it sounds natural.
