So I met up with a guy on grindr and it was the most unsatisfying thing ever. When we saw each other he just looked up at me (because he was still on his phone on grindr...) and kept walking literally no acknowledgement but was just expecting me to follow along. Played a ranked match (Low gold) and account had been freshly level 30 despite having no ranked/unranked match stats on OP/./gg except for 0/ℝ games of classic for leveling the accounts.

Went into match viewer for the other games (with the same linked accounts) and it legit looks like someone has several laptops all playing the game but the person is clicking the controls individually to evade script detection.
