Two of us are hiking L'Éperon at Jacques-Cartier on Thursday morning (15 Oct) and La Chouenne at Grands-Jardins on Friday, sticking to the marked trails.

1. Do we need bear spray on either trail in mid-October, or is it overkill?

2. Which mapping or GPS app do you use for hiking in the Sépaq parks? At home we use OS Maps and Walkhighlands.
