question LinkedIn isolate or not

I’m firing up my LinkedIn account again as I’m considering my work options next year. LinkedIn is I believe rated as a data privacy nightmare and so although I use a MacBook Air as my primary pc, I’m logging into LinkedIn on my Windows PC on a non cross device synced browser .

Is this too extreme or would just using my Mac and cleaning all the MS cookies after each session be sufficient?

LinkedIn sucks for job searches and networking. Whatever you do, don’t pay for their “premium services”. I made the mistake a few years ago and it was the worst $40 I ever spent.

Agree, I did a Premium trial and yup it wasn’t worth paying for

You can 'hack' their algorithm by diligently using their search filters. Basically any old jobs available are probably bots or ghost accounts who will ghost your application. The trick is to snag the postings in real-time.

no issues. if you feel it works for you then do it. I use 2 pc for internet use depending what I need. I windows 1 linux. 3 other pc use windoze and all are always offline for my editing and gaming.

do what you feel works for you. I like seperating things as well.

What do you think that does for you? Because I don't think it does nothing.

This was why I asked the question, looking into LinkedIn on and off site tracking and it’s horrifying which is why I don’t have social media and going to isolate LinkedIn
