Hi everyone! I’m a creator at DigitalExpressSG and I just finished putting together an animal-themed letter tracing workbook for kids aged 3–6. I wanted to make it more engaging, so I added QR codes that link to quick educational animal videos as they complete each letter. I’d love to send a free 5-page sample PDF to the first 10 parents here who would be willing to let their little ones try it out and give me some honest feedback. Let me know if you're interested!

A little drawing-and-talking activity idea: a puppet has mixed up all the names.
Draw a simple face on paper and have a grown-up give it a silly voice. The puppet looks at another drawing and calls the sun a banana, or a house a hat. Invite the child to tell the puppet what they see—one word, a gesture, or their own description is enough.
Then swap: the child can be the puppet and the grown-up does the guessing. If correcting the puppet isn’t fun, let it ask a real question instead: “What’s happening in this picture?”
Use familiar drawings, keep the mix-ups gentle, and stop while it’s still fun. There’s no need for cutting, sticks, glue or a finished craft.
I run Useful Little Otter, a family-printables shop. This idea uses ordinary paper; there’s no product or link to buy. I like that the child can lead the conversation instead of it turning into a quiz.

I will be coaching soon and I’ve seen lesson plans done in different formats with the New Jersey standards included. Can someone provide me like a copy or like a guide of how to create let’s say October‘s lesson plan including the standards TIA 😊

Hi I am a doctoral student at Lindsey Wilson University and I was wondering if you guys would help share my survey: 📣 Early Childhood Educators Needed for a Dissertation Study!

I make activity books for preschoolers and pulled out seven pages as a free printable for anyone who can use them:
PDF here, no sign-up: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1phKIja9H2YUwFxfwrl6IeTWJuY3jtxsj/view?usp=sharing
Full disclosure: these are sample pages from my own books, which are listed on the last page. Free to print for home or classroom. I’d really like feedback on whether the tracing size works for little hands.

I’m a dad. I couldn’t find a reading app for my five-year-old that wasn’t full of ads and built to keep kids on screen, so I made one. Roarly: your child reads out loud, earns puzzle pieces, and is done in ten minutes. No ads, no accounts, progress stays on your device. First 7 stages free: roarly.app

For those of you who are SAHMs with little ones who aren’t in preschool yet, what learning materials or activities are you using at home?
I’d love recommendations for workbooks, educational toys, learning programs, or anything that makes learning fun! I’m looking for ideas to help my 3-year-old learn and prepare for preschool. 😊💕
