They focus on a few flaws, then they get work done to "correct" those flaws but then we can all tell they've had work done. Their new face shows the new flaws so they think they will be perfect after THOSE flaws are corrected... Then we can all tell there's been MORE work done. It's mental illness of some kind, likely body dismorphia

Addiction. Combined with wanting to fit in. Every women in there circle, and even just around them in general is having work done. So they get a little done, everyone compliments them on it, it feels amazing right then. A little time goes by and suddenly you realize you still feel hollow and don’t feel beautiful. So you get another thing done, wow everyone’s complimenting you again, you feel great….. then it repeats.

ANSWER: These women are ALL shallow and troubled. Simple.
It's for the same reason they all dye their hair blonde. Vanity + self-hate, with religion and patriarchy as a safety blanket. They never knew any better, which is why they cling to MALE-oriented things, like guns, racism, and blind, brutal patriotism.
Note that most of 'em are all married, and probably miserable in those unions.

There's actually been quite a bit of ink spilled on this topic.
It is conspicuous consumption. The women in the Mar-A-Lago Circle are specifically preferring expensive cosmetic and surgical procedures that are very obvious because then it is obvious that they have lots of disposable income to spend on those cosmetic procedures.
You could get a more reasonable amount of lip filler or a more understated surgical procedure and probably have more natural looking results. See any number of celebrities that have had plastic surgery as they age. You can tell if you look at before and after pictures but they don't look like aliens.
But then how would everyone who sees them know that they spent $20,000 on lip and cheek filler and plastic surgery and everything else.

Objectification - the old-fashioned sexist definition. It extends beyond a female being objectified, MAGA females objectify themselves like serial killers do with fetishised lenses. The MAGA gals see their cheeks, lips, foreheads as separate to one another - objects like jigsaw pieces and because they do surgery on them individually, the jigsaw of a face loses its natural fit. But we look at a MAGA face as a whole entity and it looks pieced together by a serial killer trying to reconstruct what they just took apart with manufactured body parts. I find it fascinating in a ghoulish way because these Franken-gals are measuring their success and value with how much money they’ve invested in mutilating themselves.

I’ve tried saying this on another post and got downvoted to hell.
It’s weird to spend so much time focusing on criticizing an evil woman’s body. Criticize the harm she’s done. Criticize the monsters she supports through her selfishness, apathy and greed.
Folks here love to argue that “low blows” are fine when it’s against the “bad guys”. I see it differently. Whether it’s gleefully attacking women’s bodies, or make fun of conservative men for wearing make-up or otherwise “acting gay”, these comments are not helpful to our larger cause of gender equality.
When we repeat sexist or homophonic tropes, it perpetuates the same shitty mentalities that hurt everyone. Even if it’s unintentionally doing so, it’s still policing for (and perpetuating) the patriarchy

Trump’s close aides were informed of Guilfoyle’s apparent anguish just as the president took the stage at his Tuesday evening rally in Alaska, one said.
“Kimberly was spiraling, calling people and suggesting, ‘Maybe I don’t resign,’” the official claimed. “I don’t think she was serious, but she was in her feelings last night. She was processing what had happened—but not very well.”
