Let me guess. Strongly worded letter is the punishment?

The fired official can now sue for libel and has plenty of evidence to support it as well as proof of damages. Also she can likely prove malice and get punitive damages which could be a large number in this case given who the defendant would be and the reach of the harm he has caused.

And no consequences

Imagine getting fired based on lies, then having a judge confirm the people who spread them knew they were false. That’s a whole new level of corruption. 🤦

So as a Trump cabinet official- does he just tell them to do whatever they want and everything will work out?
I know he does, but this close to the midterms seems to be brimming with story after story of ALL OF THEM being crooked in one way or the other. It seems that he should be telling them to chill-the-fuck out and act normal for the next couple of weeks.
But, he's stupid and the ultimate self server so NM.

Yes of course! If your underlings can act as buffer targets on the way up the chain then of course.

59 million? Unfortunately she wasted 220 million of taxpayers money on ads for herself. But I digress, quite often the truth is worse than fiction.

Good for the judge, I'm sure it was very cathartic to throw a ruling in the filing cabinet labelled: Zero Consequences.
