"Sen. Ossoff to a confused Mike Collins:

"You are getting Medicaid and the ACA mixed up despite reading from your notes."

Collins agreed to another one?

After the drubbing Ossoff gave him last time, he would have been better off skipping it.

Looking forward to Ossoff wiping the floor with Collins once again.

Ossoff’s got that debate rhythm down, Collins always looks like he studied for the wrong test the night before

He sounds flat out stupid.

Collins may be a borderline Klansman but at least he actually shows up to more than 1 debate unlike Rick "Gas Store" Jackson.

Any one else hear Collins say “when I was in your ass” instead off office? Lmao. Ossof’s eyebrow definitely raised. About 28 min in.

I can't stop laughing 😂 the face Ossoff makes when he hears that

Who is that going to be persuasive to?

People who hate republicans but are on the fence about if Democrats are even "worth" voting for. There's a truly horrifying number of those people even now

Yeah I got banned from r/socialism for saying the spoiler socialist candidate for the Ohio senate race is, in fact, a spoiler candidate propped up by Republicans. The bots are out in full force

"Socialists" on Reddit always seem to have no social responsibility. I'm convinced that the "leftists" all over this site who celebrate loudly that Harris lost "because of Gaza" are bots and trolls. They are too stupid and inconsistent to be anything else. They only care about their excuses, and don't talk at all about what they caused by their actions. They make excuses like their vote "needs to be earned", as if they again have no civic responsibility and voting against someone isn't a concept that has ever occurred to them. They tell you the live "in a strongly red/blue state and therefore their vote doesn't matter", again showing they have no civic responsibility. I know there are some suckers who fell for the lie and stayed home because of Gaza, but they were not a huge factor according to statistics I've seen. Her loss was much more a failure of the lazy and entitled. The bots and trolls are likely an attempt to split the Democrats.

Collins looks incredibly awkward. Why does he stare straight at the camera with his mouth open every time he finishes answering a question?

He looked like a child who was trying to stutter his way through an explanation of how he wasn't responsible for the crayon drawings all over the family house.

At one point he accused Ossoff of supporting after-birth abortion. Like what? The kitchen sink in stutter-ese.

Jon is sweeping the floor with Mike. This is one of the most lopsided debates I've ever seen.

Kinda wish Ossoff would address Reid Hoffman’s donations just to shut Collins up

I haven't seen anyone get beaten that badly since that time I filled my sister's hair dye with nair. I almost feel bad for Collins.

I was 12. It was me. I got beaten. I deserved it.

It's crazy how they only pro jackson ads are "he's good to foster kids"

10

u/frustratedinquisitor 1d ago

They've stopped featuring jackson himself in his own ads bc everyone watching them kept coming away with the impression that he seemed like a total asshole, so now they just feature other people telling you how great he is

Anyone else think Collins sounds like an unlikable Baby Billy.

Worth remembering how Collins got here: he won the June 16 Republican runoff with about 55.5% over Derek Dooley, Kemp's pick, days after Trump endorsed him. Cook moved the race from Lean to Likely Democrat on September 23. Ratings don't vote, though, and Georgia's early window closes October 30.

The problem is here in Georgia no matter how bad Collin’s looks the right wingers will vote for him anyway. I hate living here.
