Will you be there?

Does anywhere on Plymouth sell them?

I have been a uni of Plymouth for a few weeks and I do not drink, looking to see if anyone else is in same situation and to build friendships through this

Is anybody else having issues with their Disney Plus in Plymouth? Quite simply it's the only streaming service that we have a problem with, constantly buffering. It has started within the last month or so. Other streaming services have been great on the same set up, no issues with non-Disney services at all. No outages reported. This happens at all times in the day too.

We're going using a Roku stick attached to a TV. I'm just getting rather miffed about the situation to be honest.

Are there any cool places i could go.

Looking to change up my style, I've had the same haircut since I was a teenager.

Any pointers for a good hairstylist dealing with medium length hair on guys?

Thanks in advance!

Moved to Plymouth in the summer. Used to love my barber back home and need a new one. Any suggestions?

32y male.
Previously, I went to the gym, boxed, etc.
Still do gym lightly when I can 2/3 times a week.
Cannot do these fully anymore due to a structural back issue and many abdo surgeries.

But I need another hobby or something new as I’m getting bored and unfulfilled! Bit of an introvert but open to ideas. Not sure what’s on in Plymouth if anything.

Thanks!

4 bands for £5 at the end of the month. doors at 7pm, including hard rock, alt rock & metalcore. ticket link in comments 😊

I recently took my friend to the antiques shop (and museum) up new street barbican.

They commented about how niche and hidden it was and how they'd never had known about it, but loved it.

Can you tell me your favourite niche or hidden places in Plymouth that are hard to find unless you're in the know.

Preferably in walking distance to the city centre and open on a Sunday.

As far west as I'd want to go is cafe momus (cool art hub) and as far east I'd go is this or the aquarium.

I have recently moved back to Plymouth after 2 years away. When I lived here previously as a student I had some good nights at strobe (Mandidextrous, Mauro Picotto etc.). Disappointing to see they have closed down as I’ve been to the Depo and preferred the atmosphere at Strobe. Does anyone know if there are any plans for another similar venue to open? Be nice for some more regular non dnb events!

Hi, 27m. Looking for a running buddy or if there are any groups I can tag along. I have recently go to into running which I am absolutely loving. I'm quite new and slow but building up to longer runs. I was wondering if there is anyone similar that might be around my area, currently live around the laira area or happy to meet up and go for a run. I usually end up getting coffee at the end. So any one friendly and wanting to meet new people give me a shout. :)

Hi everyone, I live in Plympton and I am wondering what’s the best way to get to Goose festival? I drive but I believe it’s a bit of a nightmare driving into Tavistock when the festival is on.

Does anyone have a suggestion of any park and rides or bus/train routes in and out on the day?

Helloo! Not sure if this is the best place to seek what I am looking for but thought why not try!
I would love to find a friend group here after moving back from Bristol.
I am 36, single, childless, LEFT WING, tattooed, animal lover! I'm into; feminism, heavy metal, witchcraft (would love to find other witchy / spiritual pals), plants, art, astrology, nature, weight lifting, pizza, memes, gigs - to name a few lol! I'm a chatty, confident person, bit of a joker and always laughing and being silly, but also a bit of a hermit and home body! Ambivert i suppose you'd say! Political alignment is important to me - I need other left wing / like minded people.
Really hate; racism, terfs, swerfs, homophobes.

hello everyone, im wondering where would be the best place to get gels done in plymouth? ive never had them done before. im a straight male so its an odd request for me, but im a nail biter and im really quite insecure about how my nails are and id really like to try getting clear gel nails to just make them look a bit nicer atleast until i can get out of the habit of biting, and i feel that having fakes on would stop me from biting and break that habit. i dont want anything fancy or creative just clear or as close to clear natural looking nails as possible but i want somewhere that is going to get the job done properly and not ruin my nails or do a half assed job, as alot of the girls i know that get their nails done in plymouth say theyve had bad experiences and my nails arent the most healthy as is with me biting them all the time. any suggestions would be appreciated, cost isnt an issue id rather pay more for a proper service than some quick service walk in salon. also since i havent really got much of a clue about this stuff any advice or even warnings about getting my nails done is also appreciated as im completely lost, thank you!

Hi, We lost a silver ring with Topaz in Plymouth today. We lost it somewhere along Armada Way in the City Centre. It is not valuable but has a lot of sentimental value. Please message me if found. Small reward available. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I received a letter from Plymouth City Council about a cardboard box found on the pavement outside my property on 06/10/2026. They are asking questions under caution and may issue a fine.

I want to explain that I did not leave the box on the pavement. I put it inside my wheelie bin and I personally saw it inside before the date of the photo. The bin was very full and the lid was open. We also had workers doing work on the neighbouring property before this, with scaffolding pipes/equipment and a vehicle parked close to the bins, so I’m wondering if it could have been disturbed.

I’m a university student and have never had any environmental issues before. I would never intentionally leave rubbish on the street.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any advice on how to respond to the council would be appreciated.

where’s a good place in plym to get a milkshake from with oat milk?

Hi everyone,

I’ve lived in Plymouth for quite a while now, and I’m looking to expand my social circle, get out there and get involved.

Is it just me or is there basically naff all on anywhere? I'm really struggling to find groups and activities. I've found a few dartmoor hiking groups, and there's Pints with purpose on the last Sunday.. I'm looking for sports groups, or book groups anything really that might enable me to get out and meet some people doing something I enjoy?

Any groups you know of, or anything that myself or anyone else reading this might be able to check out would be greatly appreciated. Nothing is off the table, whatever it is, even if its not my cup of tea, it might be someone else's.

Thanks very much in advance!

Just wondered if there’s any clubs or sort of stuff cuz I’m like 20 tryna make friends and failing cuz idk where to start 😭😭
