Ingrown hair that went from the inside out. Been over a week and I finally got it

I pulled this from a very deep, chronic lesion along my jaw. It’s about quarter inch long. (TWSS)

But seriously…anyone know what this likely is and what it likely means as far as my skin/beard is concerned??

Hello. So i have gone to ENT and audiologist who have both examined my ear canal and noticed my ear hair in the beginning of the canal is actually thicker than normal. This is contributing to the buildup of wax but moreso, it is extremely uncomfortable and itching constantly.

Both ENT and audiologist agree that I should remove my ear hair at least those beginning inside the canals. HOWEVER both said they have no idea how to do this because the "hair removing wax" that is usually applied isn't very safe to pour inside the canal.

My ENT even tried 2 different types of nose/ear hair motorized trimmers. However the blades are just to thick to be of any use.

So does anyone have any suggestion on a safe way to remove ear hair thats in the beginning of canal? Its becoming unbearable.

I was able to remove this pointy boi from my jaw myself (hence the fresh blood image and a terrible selfie)

It joins the larger, pointier fragment my dentist removed last week. I have all my wisdom teeth and have not had tooth/jaw procedures... I am chomping my own jawbone to bits it seems

yeah i took a chunk out of my face for a hair that probably didnt even need to plucked, will i do it again? yeah this happens like every other day. i know its bad but i cant stand having things under my skin and the hole in my face is worth it if it means its gone. anyways dont be me 👍
