Cure Mode On the edge
Prion at megabrutal, 2 authority left, i was crying thinkin that i had lost when the counter stopped going down ☠️

If you tried containing it instead I believe it would be much less stressful. You don't even have to buy production with this sort of strategy.
I suggest using Local Outbreak Analyst, as it will greatly reduce non-compliance by avoiding pointless lockdowns.
When you find the origin, shut down all connections in the continent. Buy Furlough Schemes (and Adapt Society if Africa or South America), then fund lockdown. Continue buying compliance as non-compliance breaches 50% in multiple countries.
When analysis completes, drop all quarantine measures, then rebuy Close Airports and any Force Lockdown you had bought previously. Dump the money into contact tracing. Get testing capacity 1, then buy Contact Tracing 2, 3, and 4. This will prevent new countries from getting badly infected in most cases.
When infections pass 1000 in any country, lock down its continent. This will prevent countries from collapsing, saving you tons of authority. This is very important, if you miss this you're causing your own loss.
You'll know you're doing this right if the total infected count is below 5M.
When deaths happen, do nothing. You can buy Reassure Infected if you want, but you'll only lose about 20 authority to panic in most cases, possibly less depending on location.
The disease will now "die out" (decay to 10 infected per country). If you are using Local Outbreak Analyst, this will automatically lift all lockdowns, ending non-compliance for the rest of the game.
At this point you can fund vaccine research, which will quickly complete.
Defunding all lockdowns right before you win and buying Authority 3 will give you 5 biohazards virtually every time, especially if you use the Ethics Watchdog advisor.

I used this strategy for the previous diseases but on prion in megabrutal for me wasn't very good. The prion spreads very fast and panic and deaths destroyed my authority quickly. The only method i found was to rush the vaccine, let the infection spread everywhere and praying

No, this shouldn't be an issue. This is why you close airports, seaports, and land borders initially: to stop the spread almost completely before analysis.
Once analysis is done, Contact Tracing does the same thing without driving up the lockdown prices. The countries with bad contact tracing just need lockdown to avoid heavy infections.

The problem with the prion is, that letting it die out is not possible. Most infections will stay at 10 and they just wont die for some reason. So you need to finish the vaccine. At least on mega brutal, dunno about the other difficulties
