Main highlights: All 1st edition holos, 180 total, including all 10 shinings, all base set 2 holos, couple of legendary collection reverse holos.

Why this is my favourite era: I have experience collecting in every era however, the artists, artwork style, holographic patterns, lots of nostalgic memories and experience are the main reasons. The 1st edition stamp is also iconic and it only appears in this era. I grew up playing the original Kanto & Johto Gameboy games back in the day which is also a big factor.

My thoughts on this post: I took pictures of pages and I have put together and joined them to make 1 image. The E-Reader era is part of WoTC however the card designs have a different style compared to this era which is why I did not include them. There are a few E-Reader cards included in the Best of Game Set & WoTC promos. I might make a dedicated post for the E-Reader era in the future. I apologize for some of the lighting since I do not consider myself a professional photographer.

Long story short: Sold my childhood collection mid 2000s, started from scratch in 2010, obtained 1st edition base set Charizard in 2015, completed all 1st edition sets in 2016, completed legendary collection reverse holos in 2025 since I was debating if I should complete the set in non reverse but made the right choice going after reverses.

Really wish they kept going with similar kind of secret rares. Mega evolution golds are still cool though

Just want to share my current Psyduck collection. Are there more Psyduck collectors here ?

Some are PDF print outs of ones I am missing or no way am I ever spending that much on one card.

Told you guys I’d send an update when it was finished and here you go the full set of Pokemon League TCG gym badge pins in all its glory for the championship badges I just went with 07-08 because that was the first set I found and then evened it up on the ends with 2 gym challenge pins

This has taken me over 15 years to get to this stage and only contains completed pages. I was fortunate enough to buy most of these before the prices went crazy :)

I have another binder if people are interested

Now other than my extensive mew collection, the rest isn't worth a whole lot but gosh, do I just adore every piece of art on all of these. Got a few hanging out in other places (like my Murkrow page, Heracross, etc) but this is the majority.

I'm pretty proud of my little collection and just thought I'd share with ya'll.

Tell me what your favorite pokemon is or what you guys collect!

Had this Snorlax for 10 years. Recently i noticed it teared probably because of kids jumping on it.

Got ahold of some good f my old card from when I was a kid also got the original tin

I've got a binder I keep my base, jungle, and fossil cards in. I am thinking to now get team rocket 2000. I'm also starting to collect destined rivals. So I've got a tough call. Do I keep WOTC together or make a team rocket binder with vintage and modern?

I can’t find anything on Collectr or elsewhere for Jynx

Nothing special- just showing my extra cards I have in the collection 😁

Sharing my childhood collection. Shadowless, unlimited, fossil, and jungle sets with a few Japanese cards thrown in.

Best Cards are pics 1-6.

Has anyone else realized a lot of people are actually master setting the 30th. I sometimes sell my extra dupe cards and a lot of people are trying with this set. Pretty awesome.

I’m trying to master set Duskull and Dusclops and I want to start buying more random little things that they appear on. I’m also looking for official sticker and Pokémon centre items like the invisible line of products. I just want some help finding things as most eBay listings are in theUS

I finally got something I’ve been looking around a little while for. As a Jirachi collector and more specifically an XY67 Collector, this was a box that I doubted I would ever hold. The 2018 World Championship Deck - Garbanette piloted by Magnus Pedersen. With a single copy of XY67 in the list it was a must have for me.

Been loving collecting this set, I enjoy the holos more than the reverses for sure . Hope you enjoy!

Anyone know $?

This is a Japanese Ex/adv era card. I know normally swirls are from Cosmos holo but this card has an extra layer of holo on top of everything like the SV ex cards. Is this swirl from that era of holo? What is this holo called? (Cosmos 2.5?) finally. Is this a double swirl or a fat swirl or just a normal swirl from this holo type?
