I never grew up on Pizza Hut, and coming into adulthood I always heard about the decline and downfall of Pizza Hut as a franchise.

After shopping around on Uber Eats (before switching to their app) I saw what they have to offer, with their 7$ Hut Box giving me a little pizza and 4 wings, thats incredible value these days, most places would charge 7$ just for the 4 wings. Not to mention I genuinely find it tasty asf. Whoever came up with it is a genius. Not to mention their Pick 2 deal is cheaper than dominoes now and is as much as papa johns.

I never thought I would order from Pizza Hut but now its my go to. I think this shows the beginning of some winds of change hitting the pizza industry. I know I sound like an ad lmao, but for a broke college kid this is a huge W.

So found this out tonight, placed a somewhat large order through the Pizza Hut app, and the dasher just contacted me saying they will get my order to me as quickly as possible, because he has a couple other orders to deliver first.

What the hell? I’ve delivered for Pizza Hut before, and yeah maybe 1 or 2 but they were all in a small 1-2 mile radius of the store, but knowing DoorDash has no radius…. I guess I’m complaining to the store when my food gets here cold.

alsoooo, lil trick i recently found. you know how Pizza Hut pizza usually gets dry and hard as hell after you reheat it? Thin Crust with extra sauce won’t do that!!

Is it just me or is it super scumbag of Pizza Hut to not offer Hand Tossed at my nearby locations anymore - THEN they have the nerve to charge an extra dollar for Pan Style? More or less if you don't want a thin cracker crust you're forced to pay more.

Needless to say I just uninstalled the app,That's pretty messed up and greedy to me.

Is this a “full melt”? I know inflation is a thing, I just remember the melt being bigger

I love Pizza Hut, but I’m curious I used to remember the slices being more puffy then flat? Is there something I don’t know?

it doesnt matter what store, every time I get Pizza Hut, I order light cheese, extra sauce. what do I get every time? regular cheese, regular sauce. its supposed to be a half serving... youd think this would be no biggie but im on a calorie restriction and instead have to remove all of the cheese. I am just so over pizza hut. nobody gets this frustration but I dont understand how hard it can be to put 50% cheese. any insight from employees or more educated people as to why this might be happening?

Because their ads look like this, and I’ve never gotten anything but four slices of pepperoni on mine. Is it false advertising, or is my local Pizza Hut ripping me off? I wrote to corporate asking that question and the reply (of course) only said they’d pass along my concern to the appropriate parties.

Standard bbq chicken, stuffed crust. Thinnest pizza ive ever had, and not what I wanted. However, the pizza actually tastes awesome so I will eat and shut my mouth

Just picked up a pizza and the blue cheese cup looks off. It’s more tan than off white and has a weird smell that doesn’t seem right. My brain is interpreting it as a plastic and cardboard smell but not a normal smell if that makes sense. No way in hell I’m eating it.

Has anyone else noticed this before or have any experience of what could have happened and what to do?

Decided to try out the Parmesan crust pizza and hot damn! I was weary at first because I noticed there wasn’t an option for extra cheese which seemed odd but now I see it has plenty of cheese by default. I also got light sauce which is my favorite for cheese pizzas

Will be ordering again in the future
