Identification What bug is this?

I live in the south of the UK in a fourth floor studio. Just sprayed this one dead with raid so it looks a little wet, is this silverfish?

eady dead before the raid. Fourth floor makes me think damp corner or old cardboard boxes under a desk.

I don’t keep any cardboard or paper on the floor and ventilate every day. Should I turn the heater on when it gets a little colder to dry the room out? I usually don’t bother with heating but if it’ll help deter them…
