Bought a cactus pen at staples and few weeks later it stopped working. Having hard time finding the refills. Cartridge is 5.25” long.

My friend from Belize showed gave me this pen and she took it from her classmate. It has by far the smoothest writign I have ever felt and it isn't marked anywhere. I need help identifying it.

As i said in subject, i am looking for sheaffer targa 14k gold nib... Anyone selling? 😊
