If I remember correctly the f on the processor allows it to use the RAM as gpu. So performance wise it may not be bad. But for me that's a $800-900 PC. I picked up a similar system back in 2019 (2gb ram), it's still doing okay, but 1.5k is wild.

not what the f means. the f suffix means the CPU doesn't have integrated graphics.

any GPU can overflow vram into system ram, you just take a huge performance hit when you do so.

Starting to think companies have seen all the posts about how Prebuilts are the cheaper option to go with and now adjusting it. I had bought one of the Costco deals 2 months ago, went back this week and saw they increased the price by just $100 with half a pallet left. After the weekend they were all gone and the demo unit removed.

It's the price, $1,550 for that is wild, and that's discount from $2,800. I picked up a laptop with a 5060 gpu for $1200-1300.
