Video PS5 Emulation becoming viable on lower end PCs!

Using Jetsku's KytyPS5 Fork as it has some fixes in both Astro games.

Build is an RTX 5060 + Ryzen 5 5600GT (Same performance as a 5500, 6c/12t), 16GB RAM. Game is Astro's Playroom.

It's still getting around 35 fps in the main lobby, but inside the actual levels its hovering around 45-60fps! Not sure I'd call it fully playable yet, but the progress is amazing.

More gameplay and settings used, guide (english subtitled): https://youtu.be/yMw7_cGbicw

Edit: fixed link. Meant lower end when compared to most showcases of these emulators being 5090s, X3D chips and DDR5... Better wording would be "current-generation lower end".

Also, people seem to be wildly overestimating the 5600gt. Genuinely can't run any triple-A RPCS3 game at a locked 30fps.

2080 was high end not a long time ago.

Lower end is iGPUs like Intel Xe (not Iris Xe, but the worse version in cpus like the 1215u), and not iGPUs like Arc 140v or better

8 years...

You may be right. I'm old.

Yeah and a 8800 GTX was high end at one point too.

I get your point, but hear me out:

- The RTX 2080 Ti, or "the best for gaming" about 8 years ago, performs "about the same" as the RTX 5060

Would you call the RTX 5060 a low end GPU?
