Almost. Because GTA VI isn’t on physical. The only way to get a game dump is by having it downloaded from PS Store to a jailbroken PS5. Ain’t no way we’re getting that for release, and any jailbroken console gets banned faster than you can spell GTA6, as soon as you try connecting to PSN. But let’s hope for a jailbreak soon after the release.
A new jailbreak just came out last week or so, but it doesn't work on the very latest firmware, so if you can download the game without updating then apply the jailbreak, you might be able to dump the game.
No, console prices are just steadily increasing because of the ongoing RAM "shortage", and on top of that there's rising demand for PS5 consoles now (and especially Pro units) cuz GTA VI is coming up soon.
