The writing style is a specific thing from those message boards. You can look up green text or whatever it’s called to understand more about that

If you don’t get the repeated forcing of a someone to consume a product and repeat ads out loud in order to play their game I’m not sure what to tell you. But this decade old post is pretty prescient when we have companies patenting that idea now and microtransactions everywhere
