The Lost Crown is an amazing game, shame it didn't sell as well. For me it was worth the 40ish euro pricetags for the amount of time and fun I got out of it.

If you like your Metroidvania's with DMC like combat it is definitely worth picking up, especially when on discount.

People complain about Ubisoft and celebrate their downfall because they are sick of the open world slop, however the games that flop aren't the open world slop, it's the more unique ones.

If they kept only making slop and didn't investing in making niche games, making games and porting games for new platforms like the Vita, Wii U and IPhones, they would be much more financially healthy

those “new platforms” haven’t existed in years

there are no modern counterparts to any of those platforms, even the Switch is a thoroughly normal platform, and mobile gaming is mtx hell

the new platforms of the current day is for example the iPhone where they ported AC mirage.
