Pathologic 3 Stuck on Day 7? Spoiler

How do I progress to day 8? No quest markers left on the map. I've saved the Stamatins, Burakh is fine, Alexander didn't kill himself and Atrium street has been closed down. Even finished the "planning an escape" questlines. How do I unlock the 8th day; what am I missing?

Are your plague and unrest levels low enough on the decree board?

Didnt think to check that. I have day 7 vax, water filtration, and hygiene education on. 

Edit: Ive also been lazy about killing shabnak, could that be a thing?

If they're too high, it will block you from advancing. Did you get the shabnak for the day?

You probably missed fighting the plage via decrees and beating shabnak, that is the only true way to advance through days, check that! ;]

The best thing you can do is to control shabnak every day, but you probably will need to repeat the day just for that, so priorize one: doing the quests or killing shabnak. Personally, im used to do some quests the first time through the day, then repeating the day fihgting shabnak and then finishing some quests i have left undone.
