I MADE THIS Dual “Shark Jawbone” Bracelets
Left bracelet appears slightly darker since it’s the oldest of the two, I just whipped up the one on the right a few days ago so the color is still brand-spanking new 😎👍

Hi all, I’m setting up a haunted trail this Halloween and need advice on making walls out of black plastic sheeting.
The plan is to run a line across the path and drape sheeting over it. Some sections will be anchored to trees and others to galvanized metal fence posts, so the line has to work across both anchor types.
What I need:
Thanks in advance!

Really like the colours on this one and finally getting better at the diamond knot doing it without watching the video to recreate

I had a T-bar knot there but wasn't satisfied with how loose it sat on my wrist. Also the loop isn't exactly the largest but kinda works. What should I do? I could fuse some cord together and then maybe try a diamond knot instead? How would I pull that off?

Im sure someone has probably already done it but this is my own creation with cobra weave. Didn't finish it cause its an inch too small for my wrist lol must have accidentally pulled the length strands when i started

Hello all,
I’m looking to tie a lanyard of sorts for this old pocket knife. I don’t need it to be like a work of art but I might find a cool bead or trinket to put on the end of it. The main reason I want to have it on there is so I can always have a little cordage on me should the need arise. I have a good amount of experience in knots, bends, and hitches but I’ve never attempted any sort of braiding. Anyone got any names/ recommendations for different ways to braid it that would store a good amount of cordage?

Hello,
I never used paracord, outside of the 275 type I 2mm "paracord" for zip pullers, but now I need some to make a lanyard to attach my 140 grams Victorinox to a clip (I think I need a two closed loop knot, one to attach to the keychain ring of the SAK and another to attack to my pocket clip so if you have any tutorials for something that would work for something like this please share it to me as well)
AliExpress paracord is cheap, but I don't know if it's good enough
Amazon paracord is a bit pricer, but still affordable (brand like EdcX)
Which should I purchase? Is it a buy where I can save money or should I get quality one?
Links would be highly appreciated :D, in DM if possible, as Reddit blocks a lot of AliExpress/Amazon links

I watched a bunch of tutorials but I always screw up on the tightening part where mine gets some weird shape instead of looking like a perfect sphere. Also, I lack the cord length on my current bracelet so I was wondering if I could extend it to try and do the diamond knot? The only fear I have is it snapping while on my wrist.

I'm really wanting to make this as a birthday gift for someone - I'm fairly sure these are cobra knots but I'm confused with all of the colors. Someone commented this as a tutorial but the colors are different. The tutorial uses two colors where this bracelet looks like it has four (green, orange, black, purple/gray.) https://youtube.com/shorts/zkAFhgwbS4M?si=K6qEdmf3MwdhFWpN
Any help would be so so appreciated :]]

I haven't seen anyone post about this, or if it's genuinely considered paracord. I saw this on Amazon and thought it looked interesting:

It's definitely different. Much better in some ways than heavier rope and cord from other sources. Still experimenting with it though. Photo shows para-max and regular paracord next to each other.

I'm in Canada and I have found it to be very very difficult to source a lot of the beautiful colors that pop up on Instagram and tiktok while scrolling along.
My main source is Stapletons/Canada Paracord. While they have a lot of colors, they don't have any of those trending pastels, neutrals, and in between shades and variations that places like Paracord.eu and Paracord planet have.
I don't know how much I feel like getting dinged with a load of duties from either of those places by attempting to order from them. Plus the cost is so much higher per foot as well.
Has anyone found any other Canadian sources that carry more trendy shades and colors/patterns? Where do you get your paracord from? Sidenote, I mainly make horse tack and dog collars, so yes, cute popular colors are important to me! TIA

This is my second attempt at this, first was with 275 this time it’s 550
The tool is for firefighting and the holes supposedly have their purposes as different square wrenches but I’ve never used them, nor do I know anyone that has.

I followed a tutorial and I'm pretty sure I made it correctly. However, it keeps turning into Y (probably due to tension) but it'll never slip through the loop because the loop is small enough.
Check photo 2, I can do that because it sits somewhat loose on my wrist. My question is could I trim the burnt pieces, untie the knot and move it slightly backwards so I get it tighter on my wrist without needing to twist it and move around?
Should I even bother with this and risk ducking it up completely?

Hi, i want to tie paracord around this so its more comfortable in the hand. But i dont know how with the edges where it can slip off.
I bought 550 paracord 4 mm diameter.

I usually have my thin smart band on my left hand along with a bracelet of choice (usually the 4mm olive green/2mm black nylon or 4mm orange/2mm black nylon cobra braid)
The simple 2-strand 2mm nylon overhand on a bight loop + double snake knot is on my right wrist always, I never take it off. Also have a similar thing on my ankle always. Despite the possible intricate pcord designs out there I now prefer this super subtle 2mm bracelet or stripped down, thin pcord bracelets.
The 3 older, thicker bracelets 4mm pcord I seldom use, mainly use the mostly black with olive green spine. They're the early experiments.
The necklace is 1-strand 2mm nylon with olive green double snake knot as a bead. I never take it off as well.
The latest is also simple: 2-strand 4mm black pcord bracelet with double snake knot as stopper and the loop has 3 normal snake knots. Did not use the locked snake knot as it twists the cord more. Will update my 2mm bracelet to this config soon.
Still experimenting and looking for a quick and easy toggle or button knot. I can do diamond knot but somehow the spine always gets twisted, so I use the 2-strand ashley stopper with ends tucked in as you see on the pics. Experimenting on cobra knot toggle, etc.

Hello!
I'm a total newbie. I bought a bag of paracord bracelets from a local secondhand store to find patterns that I like. I REALLY like this one, but I can't figure out what it's called or find a tutorial for it. Any ideas?
Thank you!

Here is the second round of lanyards. I took everyone's feedback to heart. The Navy blue paracord on the Borka SBTF is 550 with two internal strands removed. The black lanyard on the Anso Aros is 325 paracord. I am now thinking black and blue knots on the SBTF would look good, so something along those lines will be my next attempt. I do like the Navy blue on that knife better than the solid black did previously. Thank you all for your feedback, and always looking for more!
