Best Options For TV Games

Hey fellow Orioles and baseball fans in the Mid-Atlantic. I’m looking for other options and better ways to get MASN and yet still be able to watch other channels/apps next season. Currently, I’m subscribed to the MASN app and watch it via Roku. This has been a horrendous experience. Every game I watched always got disconnected from the app and had to restart the app and go through an over-played commercial before it reconnected to the game. It always happened in the late innings, every time. What service do you all use? Xfinity? Direct TV? Just trying to get some ideas on a decent plan or service for a decent cost that allows me to watch all the games on MASN and the other out of market or national broadcast games. There’s gotta be a better way! Thanks.

MASN+ on MLB.tv was great. $99 for the season.

Thanks, I’ll look into it.

I’ll look into that, too. I didn’t have much problem with the connection through my Roku stick, I just couldn’t stand the idiotic ads over and over.

I really hope they have this next year too. This was my first season paying/watching and it was because it was cost prohibitive previously though cable/ISP

There isn’t going to be a season next year. So you’ll have a long time to figure it out.

I had problems with MASN until I cleared the cache. It was fine after that.

My biggest gripe with MASN+ was that it was anywhere from 40-60 seconds behind the game. I like to have the game stats pulled up on my phone but I’d get results of ABs spoiled because my video feed was so far behind.

There isn’t going to be a season next year, so I wouldn’t worry about it

Is MASN; they are awful and you cannot get away from that if you’re still going to use MASN. I hate that we do not have another option.

I have had the MASN+ APP and it was terrible. Subscribed to MASN+ through MLBtv and it was WAY better.

MASN through MLB.tv is the most efficient way. Just make sure that when you do, you do it through MLB.tv, not through MASN.

Let's see if the 2027 season even starts on time and go from there, before we even think about laying down credit cards. This season I purchased MLB.tv thru Google Play at $99.99/season plus tax.. it worked very well and the app inproved thru the season, even if the team did not

I use a friend’s MLB TV login and just set my VPN to Atlanta and watch that way.

Wait, there will be a season, next season? I though it would be locked out, and that why Mr. Splash was fired.

MASN+ let you watch the games on MLB.tv. At least if you subbed before some specified date. I think it was before the actual season started. MLB.tv worked pretty well. I was happy with this option. Next season I’ll probably just sub via MLB.tv (still MASN+, but through them).
