I'm the developer of Discata, a music player for iPhone. I'm posting here because it is built around correcting headphones, and I'd like feedback from people who care about that.
It plays files you own, offline, not streaming apps. Formats are MP3, AAC/M4A, ALAC, FLAC, WAV and AIFF.
For the sound:
- 8,849 AutoEq headphone correction profiles. Search for your headphones; it remembers the profile per output.
- A parametric EQ with up to 32 bands and a draggable curve, plus a 10-band graphic EQ
- Crossfeed
- Six virtual 8D rooms gathered from freely available open-source research
- Loudness normalisation to -14, -16 or -18 LUFS, with a true-peak limiter
- A "Sound On / Original" switch on Now Playing, so you can compare the processed sound with the original file
There is no account and no analytics of my own.
It is free with ads (one short ad card after about every 7 minutes, only between songs). A one-time purchase, £9.99 in the UK, removes them for good.

Which headphones or features are missing? I'd like to know before I decide what to build next.
