I honestly don't know what's going on and I have no idea what to do at this point. I'm literally crying as I write this because I'm so done with only fans. I've been on this site for 6 years and up until July I maybe had 4 charge backs throughout the entire time I've been on. When I say I have no clue what happened since then, I seriously can't even make sense of it.

In July of this year, I suddenly got hit with nearly $2,000 in charge backs from multiple accounts but part of me wonders if it's the same person. Ever since then I have been getting them regularly despite tightening up my rules about not doing Customs or lengthy sessions for new subscribers. I'm still getting HUNDREDS a month in charge backs. Anything from subscriptions, to ppv, and now I'm just refusing to do sessions or customs at all with new subscribers. Even people who messaged me on Reddit first and then subscribed there will still have the audacity to charge back.

I don't know what's going on, I've done nothing differently with my content. I represent myself and describe my page properly. I really have no clue how this started and why it's continuing because I don't think it's all just one person who's doing this. OF support has done NOTHING except send me the same copy and paste message saying that there's nothing they can do and they aren't responsible for it. I'm completely at a loss and I'm thinking of just closing my OF at this point. Is it just me who's going through this? I feel like I'm going crazy and I just can't make sense of it.

I just lost my youtube account today despite it being fully SFW, lost the appeal as well. This is the 3rd one, every single time its right when I'm able to monetize. "Nudity" 🙄 I mark my vids not for kids but they are safe for kids thats how sfw they are. The worst thing on there is me in a bikini and its not like I'm bouncing around, I'm just standing talking. I also lost my SFW IG this week, same reason, and my not as safe one. I have one IG left and its shadow banned so hard it might as well be gone. My tiktoks are banned on repeat and hardly bring traffic now. Clappers traffic was always bad, chaturbate traffic isn't any better for me, X brings me crumbs at best. Reddit is a lot of work for small payout for me. I just dont know how to succeed anymore, I feel like all these AI accounts are making it impossible to get seen, and all the sites are cracking down so hard now that all I have to do is exist and I get banned. Im being extra negative because I'm genuinely so upset about my youtube channel, but I really don't know what to do now. I enjoy live shows over making reels, if you have any ideas please help a girl out. I'm about to start passing out flyers on the streets.

So I’ve been with my management agency for a little over a month, and I’m genuinely curious what other creators would do in my situation. Because at this point, I can’t tell if my expectations are too high or if this is just ridiculous. 😭
My latest straw is they posted a caption with two photos of me to my of wall saying “you’ve been here for some really stupid post. This is another” LIKE ARE WE KIDDING RN?? Am I being punk’d?

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s happened in roughly a month:

Sent out old B/G content in mass messages despite me specifically wanting to focus on solo content.

Offered content I hadn’t agreed to sell, including anal.

Resold a custom video that someone originally paid around $500 for, for approximately $60.

Sent duplicate PPV messages that upset some of my highest-spending subscribers.

DELETED EVERYTHING I HAD EVER POSTED IN THE PREVIOUS YEARS IVE BEEN ON OF!!!

Sent a mass message to ALL my fans that was literally written like I was a man. 💀

Posted blurry, low-quality content on my socials.

Posted a selfie with a caption basically calling my own posts stupid. My brand is very confident/self-assured, and I would NEVER talk about myself that way.

Had issues with invoicing/payment expectations and suddenly being pushed toward linking my bank account for ACH payments.

When I brought up my concerns, I was criticized for mentioning issues that had already been resolved, even though I was trying to explain the overall pattern.

I’ve also been discouraged from logging into my own OF account and told I should just focus on creating content.

And that’s not even everything. I just can’t think of it all bc I’m so upset about this latest post they made.

What really bothers me is that I feel like I can’t win. If I address things as they happen, I’m interfering. If I bring them up later, I should’ve said something sooner. If I explain the history, I’m bringing up old problems.

They’re taking 50%, and I understand management comes with a learning curve, but I feel like I’m spending more time worrying about what they’re doing than actually enjoying creating content.

I’m not naming the agency because I’m genuinely not trying to start drama. I just want some unbiased opinions from people who understand this industry.

Would you give them more time to get it together, or would you already be looking for the exit? And for anyone who’s worked with management, is this remotely normal?

I've been on OF since early 2024, and I've noticed something different lately. My subscriptions are actually growing, so that's not the issue.

What I've noticed is that subscribers seem much less interested in chatting through DMs. I know there have always been time-wasters, but back when I started, people seemed a lot more eager to have conversations.

My account is paid, and I'm not really looking for basic beginner advice. I'm just curious whether other creators have noticed this same shift, especially this year. I'd particularly love to hear from those who've been doing this for a while and can compare their experience over the years.

I was off OF for a while and came back to all the nsfw drama with the links. I don’t know if this will help anyone, but I paid $10 for 2 years worth of a website domain. I had chat gpt write the code for me.

It can be a little confusing but I’ll try to explain…

I like using OF tracking links, for obvious reasons, I want to see where I’m getting the most traffic from.

My main landing webpage is really just for me for reference. It has a list of all the social media I use. When you click on one like my public Instagram (I have a private for nsfw and promote through public) it takes you to a page that says “see more” or “back to Instagram”. This is the URL I copy and paste to my social media profile.

The “see more” button takes you to a page that lists my socials and includes the OF tracking link I created for my public IG (like how linktree looks). The “back to Instagram” obviously takes you back to my Instagram.

So I would just go to my main landing webpage. Click whatever social I wanted to add the link to, and copy and paste that URL.

I had to create a page for each social media site (accessed through my main landing page not a separate URL) I promote on. Each one has its own landing page that says “see more” or “back to…” and the OF tracking link for that particular social media account is on “see more” page.

I hope this makes sense. I understand it in my head but have trouble communicating that sometimes.

Im starting to get traction on my OF, its pretty small but for me as a college student im able to make a few hundred a month, which is great in this economy lol.

Hey! Need some advice on how you handle subs who don't reply.
Right now, when someone joins my page, they get the auto welcome message. Then after about 5-10 minutes, I send a personal message asking how they're doing or what they’re looking for on my page.
A lot of them just ignore it and never reply.
So I’m curious:
1. How many times do you actually follow up if someone ignores you? Or do you just drop it after one try?
2. Do you still send mass PPVs to subs who never talk to you, or is that a bad idea?

How do you guys deal with quiet subscribers?

I’ve recently bought a noise cancelling microphone, that way I don’t have to speak loudly and the rest of the house won’t hear me. With this info, what platform would you recommend for video calls? My charge backs have spiked like crazy the last 30 days for no reason. Usually it's just subscriptions or renewals. I just got my first charge back for a tip ever. It was a tip I got all the way back in May lmao the weird thing is the charge back has the red reverse arrow next to it were most of my charge backs just have the blue check mark. Ive had a couple others with the red before but it's always been charge backs that happen within a few days of the transaction. Does this mean they spoke to OF to get the reversal? Wife I recently set up a joint account to start posting our adventures (around 6 months ago). Since then we’ve been inundated with lots of questions around starting an OF. Fast forward and a couple of weeks ago got accepted/approved and currently building content to upload.

When we first started posting we didn’t really have a concern around not posting in non seller groups, but over the last few weeks have refrained from posting in those subgroups.

My question is, would you remove all the posts you made in the non seller groups before going live on OF or have we given the situation curtesy by refraining to post in the groups anymore.

We just wanna stay compliant/respect communities before I just go and delete. The posts actually did well in terms of like and comments, so feels a bit sad to delete, but don’t want to poke the bear so to speak.

Anyone had the same experience? What did you do? Did you quietly leave, inform mods/let them decide or just delete all the post history for those sub groups?

Advice would be hugely appreciated.
