As you can tell from the title, I am ab to graduate w a masters in finance next year after four years of getting my bachelors in economics from a top university. I mention that to say, I am used to fast paced, intense and competitive atmospheres.

Now that I have a CJO to work in the NSA’s Financial dept. I was wondering if anyone had some useful advice or info.

What should I understand about the culture? The workflow? The system or set up, how a rookie can excel without disturbing power dynamics etc.

I grew up military and multiple people in my family hold TS clearances but no one has ever worked in finance.

Would love for a a numbers person to give me the run down!
