As my collection hits a pretty unsustainable number and I get a bit older, I don’t really buy much anymore unless it really takes a big swing and stands out. Being a horror fan, as well, this one was an absolute must. Really great idea that’s executed fantastically.

I was just checking out some hats on the site and saw it gave me an additional discount. I had $50 in points too, but they wouldn’t let me use it.

I emailed New Era and received a series of "auto-generated" responses. The information was simply incorrect and skipped some key details in my question. Later, I received another email apologizing for the, "...frustration and confusion caused by the previous automated responses!..."

It's too late for the apology.

New Era handed their reputation and cost of business to some code. That cost them my business in the future.

If you don't like AI, please email New Era with a question. Any question. I'm not buying another New Era hat, ever. I don't spend my money in AI shops.

I’m not a Bills fan, but I will collect and wear all teams and sports. I also resell hats.

One is obviously a snapback and the other a fitted, so I know that alone will sway people one way or the other.

But let’s just assume they are both fitted. Which looks better. I keep going back and forth.

Has anyone had issues with receiving an incorrect size? I had two 7-3/8” hats. Both 59Fifty, one low pro, one standard. They were feeling tight so I ordered a new low pro 7-1/2” and it’s smaller than both of the others. Like so tight I can’t get it on my head
