Kinda curious about this

So I found this site that listed a whole bunch of hacks made from what I'm assuming is back in the 90's, of neo-geo roms like plus versions and bosshacks that make the bosses playable and that sounds really cool imo I saw a list of them on this site https://bootleggames.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_Neo_Geo_hacks

And it got me curious where the hell do I find these? I found one for Waku waku 7 but it doesn't show up in mame or neo burn any ideas? Thanks!

A lot of these were included in Neo Geo rom packs back in the day, not sure how much they still are.
