I think like this survey kind of misses some important data by not asking for the geographical region of the respondents, possibly by country (for example, being Mestizo (mixed race) is the default in places like Mexico, El Salvador, Venezuela, Brazil, and Chile but it is "privileged" in places like Peru and Bolivia and "undesirable" in places like Argentina and Uruguay thus a mixed Mexican will just feel "normal", a mixed Peruvian will take pride in their mixed heritage, and a mixed Argentinian will feel bad about it). 

Knowing which country someone comes from could explain why you see certain trends, I wouldn't expect a mixed Chilean, Argentinian, and Paraguayan to respond the same because of enormous cultural differences in how they see being mixed race.

Even the language question changes enormously by country, Chileans and Paraguayans take pride in teaching their mixed kids Mapuche and Guarani, respectively, while a half-Mapuche half-Irish person from the Argentinian part of Patagonia will likely not speak any Mapuche and see it as "a lesser language" to Castilian. As another example how even mixes between the same races and with the same languages can differ greatly between countries.
