Apparently you can fix lactose intolerance by loading yourself with lactose and probiotics at the same time for a brief period, albeit you WILL have severe intestinal distress for a while(weeks).

A youtuber documented her process of drinking like high lactose milkshake powder meant for nutritionally deficient refugees until she stopped having explosive diarrhea and criminal farts.

This sounds like diy exposure therapy. The probiotics would offset some of the diarrhea symptoms, but definitely not all.
