"Ugh, whatever it's only a dollar more and I'd have to tell the cashier I don't want it and they'll have to undo that part of the transaction and whatever I'll just buy it"

I have no issue with ignoring the button, except that it visually blocks some data. Having to scroll a bit to see what it's blocking is mildly infuriating.
(I haven't checked yet if you can disable it like the lazy bum I am)

After selling my home, the local internet provider sent me a refund for overpayment on my final bill. Due to the minimal value, I never deposited it and put it in the trash. Since April, I have received regular communications asking me to deposit it, so I went ahead and had them reissue the check so that I could do so. Immediately after depositing, the provider issued a "Stop Payment", triggering a $25 fee from my bank. Schwab reversed it without any hassle, but I'm anticipating another 31¢ check to show up soon and restart this whole debacle.

I had it installed since up until this point it was a fairly harmless program that gave a variety of animals, environments or pattern backgrounds that rotate daily. Wtf?

Moved to semi-rural location a year ago and have satellite wifi (NBN for the Aussies). Local tower has gone down about 10 times since moving here so we finally did something about it and ordered Starlink. We only just received the Starlink kit on Friday, used the weekend to workout what mount we need and ordered it.

Today, Monday, our internet went down again. So thought I’d just put the Starlink in the yard and set it up because I work from home. Well, no. Mobile internet or my phone is just absolutely struggling right now! I didn’t even know apps could take over an hour to download 😩
