Yes!!! Gold bond lotion works the best! It was the only one that actually works for me. But I use the blue one mostly. I think it’s called ultimate healing. And Meijer has a dupe that you can buy if gold bond is too much. They also sale a nice size travel size version.

Edit to add: Also make sure you’re actually hydrated. I can tell when I’ve skipped drinking water too long because it gets worse quicker. And I have to wash my face and lotion more often until it’s better.

I use nizoral shampoo all over my face then cetaphil moisturizer right after the shower. Just don’t use the nizoral all the time. Once or twice a week.

Nizoral worked on my seborrhea above my eyebrows. I used to get back when I wore makeup, but since I stopped wearing makeup I don't get it anymore. Yes, I'm pasty and pale with hard to see eyelashes, but I'd rather that than deal with the effects of my makeup allergy

When I was washing my hair, I had an idea to try nizoral shampoo on a persistent dry spot on my face. Instantly went away!

I use Aveeno, recommended by my doctor. I have psoriatic arthritis and it’s been a lifesaver.

Honestly I’ve changed my entire cleansing routine to just one product: African black soap. Removes makeup, doesn’t dry skin out. Then I pat dry and dab a bit of glycerine w rose water onto my skin and it’s literally never looked better, no more flakes, even when I wear makeup :)

This is actually likely not dry skin. More likely a fungus like seb derm. Dandruff shampoo on my face and some MCT oil fixes it right up for me

I also have experienced this and what helped me was head and shoulders for my hair. It actually did help. I get flakes on my hairline and around my nose. As I rinsed my hair I’d kinda wash it over my face at the same time. Within a week all of the flaky dryness was gone. As well as the red discoloration.

Hydrocortisone butyrate works pretty well, dead skin instantly falls off

I use this stuff for my face. I used to use CeraVe but it started giving me eczema.

The manuka honey feels really good, doesn't feel greasy. It's awesome.
