Keratolysis exfolativa. I have it…so does my 3 year old granddaughter.

Lotion doesn’t help.

Yep I have the same. Once I even tried fabric gloves filled with lotion over night for several weeks and it helped a bit but still barely changed anything. It just comes and goes, sometimes stronger and sometimes weaker.

I had this for a long time and it stopped after I stopped using all beauty and cleaning products (I use organic essential oils, isopropyl, and beeswax soap - for everything)

For decades I was spending a lot of money trying to solve a problem that was being caused by what I bought to solve the problem

I only get it now if I'm careless and don't wash my hands and change my clothes after being in public places - or touching things from stores with bare hands (I decant all the things or use gloves)

It's been more than a decade since I last used any kind of moisturizer
