My lizard skin on my hands and my feet - every winter when i have to wear shoes. Works.

do you put this on after showering and then put socks over it?

Depends. If i need only a tiny bit, its in the skin within a minute. If i waited too long to reorder and my skin looks like a crocodile and i have to have "The Soaking" over night for once... then i put it on after showering before bed, put on socks so that i do not spread that shit in my whole bed.

Yup, my kiddo has seasonal hand and feet shedding too, dermatologist suggested this and it works great
