Unskippable ad The most blatantly obvious Amazon Prime ad I’ve ever seen right in the middle of my show

I read somewhere that 911 tries to recreate actually 912 calls. Idk how true that is after so many seasons.

Do you have any idea how many 911 calls are placed in Los Angeles County EVERY DAY?

Probably at least 911.

Man, he is very lucky - a few people have died from that. There was a really sad one of a bullied apprentice dying from severe internal injuries because his shop mates shoved the air hose up his ass:

I think I saw the video of that. Pretty disturbing.

The joke is that generally speaking the shit that happens in 911 is actually something that has happened in some fashion. I used to be an EMT/army medic and i often call out the exact thing that’s going to happen before it does specifically because I’ve seen a case study or news article or was told a story by other people about it.

The show is generally dumb, but it’s also fun; and that’s exactly why my wife and I watch it.

This is ridiculous, I don't know what to think anymore

Some of the insane storylines in the show were based on real cases, like a woman getting her head stuck in a pickup truck’s tailpipe.

Pretty sure all of them (minus the stupid apocalyptic ones)(and maybe even then)) are based on actual 911 calls

Funnily enough, a lot of their emergencies are actually based off things that have actually happened.

"Mr McCormack confided that the air was gradually escaping his body in the way that air usually does."

....just SAY IT!
