Looking for a life coach to organize and prioritize

I really suffer with executive definition. Between my masters program, my research, my publication, my business, and my day job, I have a hard time keeping things straight and keep missing opportunities and wasting time.

I'm looking for someone who will do 3 things.

  1. Initial meeting to talk about goals and difficulties and vibe
  2. long (3 hour) meeting to brain dump and organize tasks.
  3. Meet monthly or bi-weekly to check progress

Please DM me if that's something you're interested in.

Offering Seneca's advice for when you don't have a mentor yet: borrow one

Seneca gave a friend a piece of advice that's easy to miss because it sounds almost too simple: if you don't have someone real to learn from yet, pick someone whose character you actually admire, living or dead, known to you personally or only through their work, and keep them in mind as a kind of standard. Not a fantasy, a measuring stick. Before a hard decision, ask what that person would actually do, not as wishful thinking, but as a real check on your own judgment. His reasoning was practical, not sentimental. He said you can't straighten something crooked without a ruler to measure it against. Left alone with just your own instincts, it's easy to drift without noticing, lower the bar slowly, rationalize the shortcut. A mentor, even an imagined one built from someone you respect, gives you something external to measure against when your own judgment is the thing in question. This obviously isn't a replacement for an actual mentor, a real relationship where someone can see your specific situation and push back on you directly beats an imagined one every time. But for the stretch before you find that person, or in the moments a real mentor isn't available, Seneca's version is a workable stopgap, not pretend wisdom, just borrowed standards until you build your own or find someone to learn them from directly. Who's the person you already do this with, even if you've never called it that? Someone whose imagined reaction you check your own choices against.

Free one-off coaching session for 5 parents of kids with ADHD/autism (UK coach, also a parent)

Hi all. I'm Adam, a UK-based behavioural change coach (The Structured Mind) and a parent of children with ADHD and autism. I know how draining it can get, especially the moments where you feel stuck and running on empty.

I'm offering one free video session each to 5 parents who'd like space to talk through what's weighing on them. We'd look at where you feel most overwhelmed, how you tend to react under pressure, and small practical steps that make things feel more manageable.

To be upfront: this is coaching and parent support, not therapy or medical advice. It's free because I'm gathering honest feedback and, if you're happy to give one, a testimonial. There's no sales pitch at the end and nothing to sign up for.

If you're interested, send me a DM rather than commenting, so you don't have to share personal details publicly.

Stuck on whether to bring on a co-founder or keep going solo

Been building this product alone for about a year and early traction is decent, but the workload is starting to pile up on both the build and the sales side. I’m at the point where I keep going back and forth on bringing someone in as a co-founder versus just hiring help later.

I spoke with a business advisor located in Santa Barbara a while back who has taken a company public and done a lot of early-stage investing. He didn’t push any particular answer, just asked a few sharp questions about how I was splitting responsibilities and what success would actually look like if I stayed solo. It helped me spot a couple of blind spots I hadn’t named yet.

Still turning it over. How did you decide the right time to add a co-founder versus just hiring? What made an outside conversation actually useful for you?

Seeking Looking for an E-commerce / Business Mentor in Amsterdam or North Holland 🇳🇱 (or nearby)

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for an experienced entrepreneur or e-commerce business owner who would be open to mentoring someone at the very beginning of their business journey.

I didn’t study business and don’t have direct experience running an e-commerce business yet, but I’m genuinely interested in learning and would love to gain practical, hands-on experience. I do have experience working 5 years in Saas sales, though.

I’m particularly interested in e-commerce and entrepreneurship, and I’d love to learn how to take a business idea from concept to execution. This includes market research, business strategy, sourcing, marketing, and the practicalities of setting up and running a business in the Netherlands/EU, especially Dutch and EU regulations, taxes, VAT, and legal requirements.

What I’m looking for:
● Someone with real-world entrepreneurial or e-commerce experience who can guide me step by step.
● Practical advice on what I need to learn, where to start, and how to avoid common beginner mistakes.
● The opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn by doing, rather than relying solely on theory.

I’m also very open to helping out with your existing business or personal project for free in exchange for the opportunity to learn and gain practical experience. I’d be happy to contribute my time, take on tasks, and get involved in the work while learning from your experience. Ideally, I’d love to build a mutually beneficial arrangement where I can add value while developing my own entrepreneurial skills.

Location-wise, I’m preferably looking for someone based in Amsterdam or elsewhere in North Holland, as I’d love to meet in person initially, then perhaps do more calls as time goes.

Ideally, we could start with a coffee to get to know each other, discuss our interests and goals, and see if it’s a good fit. From there, we can figure out what working together might look like.

I’m motivated, curious, and willing to put in the work. I’m not looking for someone to build a business for me — I’m looking for someone who can help me learn how to do it myself.

If this sounds like something you’d be open to, or if you know someone who might be a good fit, please feel free to reach out!

Thanks! 😊

Seeking a mentor

I run an online fitness coaching business for women and I’m looking for an experienced mentor who has helped grow an online coaching brand.

I’d value guidance on attracting more qualified leads, turning enquiries into clients and building consistent growth, with some structure and accountability to help me follow through.

I’m looking for free mentorship at this stage. If you offer this or know someone who does, I’d appreciate an introduction.

Who wants to plumbify AI?

Many of you reached out to know how I operate a plumbing business without quitting my fulltime IT job.

I wanted to share one incident recently that my 6 plumbing technicians just plumbified AI. Everyone uses AI everyday to simplify their learnings, write their estimates, pricing etc so that they can spend more time understanding customers problem and provide options.

I love this part of the business where AI helps me simplify my operations and same time AI is taking IT jobs. I love both part of this life..

Reach out to learn more how I balance my time and grow!
