Analysing wrong questions

What’s the best method or way to learn while solving questions? And how to go about the something you wrongly answered?

When you get one wrong, keep your original working long enough to find the first step where it went wrong. Write a short correction that explains why that step fails, then close the solution and redo the question from scratch. Later, try a different question using the same idea; repeating the original can hide whether you've learned the reasoning or just remembered its answer. An error log can be very small: question, mistaken step, correction, and a date to try it again.

with the wrongly answered questions, usually what I'd do is try figuring out the topics that I need to know before solving that question and then see which one I didn't learn properly.
