He buscado varios en google, en Maps, instagram, facebook y aparte de que muchos sitios/páginas no inspiran mucha confianza, otros sitios/perfiles están completamente muertos o abandonados

Alguien conocerá alguien o un lugar donde aún se puedan comprar? 🤧

It's my first trip to Mexico and I'm wondering what the safety situation is right now at Mazatlan. I'm aware of the ongoing cartel war and Im wondering if I should hold off my trip until the violence dies down. Me and my buddy are mainly interested in checking out the beaches, interacting with the local and exploring the city and definitely checking out nightlife especially along the golden zone.

We'll be at Mazatlan at the last week of November and will be staying there for a week.

I'm heading to Mazatlán soon and honestly getting mixed vibes from everyone. Some people are like "it's totally chill," others are like "no way, too dangerous." I keep seeing stuff about way more patrols now, especially on the highways. Is this mostly a cartel thing that doesn't really touch tourists, or should I actually be worried in the Golden Zone/Malecón too? Anyone been recently?
