I adore Los Arcos & Topolo, and am seeking new-to-us local seafood places.
They don’t need to be fancy.

I’m supposed to be arriving in two days… what’s the word there? Are people concerned? Wondering if I should delay my arrival. Thanks!

I will be staying in Centro. Like everyone else I’ve been seeing a little bit of some sketchy news coming out of the area.

I don’t plan on going out late and I don’t do drugs or go to clubs lol. I’m 38 years old. What to do? I’ll be there for 2 weeks.

It's my first trip to Mexico and I'm wondering what the safety situation is right now at Mazatlan. I'm aware of the ongoing cartel war and Im wondering if I should hold off my trip until the violence dies down. Me and my buddy are mainly interested in checking out the beaches, interacting with the local and exploring the city and definitely checking out nightlife especially along the golden zone.

We'll be at Mazatlan at the last week of November and will be staying there for a week.

I'm Filipino / Canadian -mid 30's while he is Indo / Canadian -late 20's

Me and a few friends are heading to mazatlan in 2 weeks. This is our first time. All in our upper 20s. What are some recommendations for mariscos, clubs/bars, casinos, even maybe some strip clubs/massages? Is muchacho alegre over hyped? Is La botana the go to? We will be staying in the golden zone. So anything near by would be great

Necesito seriedad chicos 😔🤌

I’m heading over there soon, going to cross the border from San Isidro, to TJ, then taking a train or plane , not sure yet, to Mazatlan, how dangerous is it? Will I be safe? I don’t want to get kidnapped , will I be fine?

Buenos Dias! I would love to get some input on opportunities for TEFL-certified English teachers in Mazatlan. Are there many opportunities to teach or tutor locally? Are there any schools that hire often, or is the market completely flooded? I'd love to hear from anyone doing it. Thanks in advance

We have always been happy with Taxi Tours while visiting Mexico. We even became friends with one in Ixtapa. We will be there the latter half of November, and would love to explore the area with someone who knows it and is Bilingual. Please share the contact information for those you have toured with and enjoyed. We are 🇨🇦, and will pay in Pesos.

I hear cat 5 hurricane is approaching this will ruin vacation if I land 29th?

I'm heading to Mazatlán soon and honestly getting mixed vibes from everyone. Some people are like "it's totally chill," others are like "no way, too dangerous." I keep seeing stuff about way more patrols now, especially on the highways. Is this mostly a cartel thing that doesn't really touch tourists, or should I actually be worried in the Golden Zone/Malecón too? Anyone been recently?
