Easily digestible theory for young beginner?
Hello everyone. I’m looking for theory books (or anything else that may help) that arent very difficult to understand. This is probably a stupid question and I imagine the answer is going to be just to read the same books as everyone else, but I thought this might be a good place to ask.
I’m 13 years old and a non-native english speaker. I own and have tried to read the manifesto but found it too difficult to understand. I really do want to understand the theory, as living in a still quite conservative country I believe it is my duty as a leftist to understand and be active in my beliefs, I just can’t really grasp it. We are about to start more deeply going into communism in school, but I do not really trust that this will be of any help as my teacher doesn’t seem to really know what communism is herself. Even going through this subreddit and reading makes me very confused as I see lots of discussion about philosophy and even Hegel, both very foreign concepts to me.
So, in conclusion, are there any books or perhaps guides that could help me better understand Marx and his works? Any suggestions will be of great help.
