Is Perth nice? I've heard it has a Mediterranean climate, but with how remote it is does it attract odd people?

I think its nice, but people find it boring. It has fairly hot dry summers, but winter/spring is a great time of year. Perfect weather for me. Not too hot, not too cold. Large weather events aren't very common either.

It has its fair share of odd people I'd say. I think it appeals to people who want to live in a big city, but one that moves at a slightly slower pace.

Here is my hot take on Perth. The people who live there are very happy they live there. The people who don't are very happy they don't.

If it works for you, great.

In the soap opera Neighbours they never needed to kill someone off, they just had them move to Perth on the other side of the country and they were arguably more out of the way

People have been known to come back from the dead but never from WA.

Hell, i live in Canberra, and if i drive right hours west from Canberra, know where I'd be?

Eight hours west of Canberra, and still in NSW. There's nothing there.

Listen, I wasn't in the council when they decided to drop Perth on the part of the map that just said "here there be dragons."
